摘    要:籽棉回潮率的测量对于稳定棉花市场、发展棉花生产具有重要意义。为此,针对目前新疆籽棉回潮率测量存在的采集时间长、采集效率低及劳动强度大等问题,在现有籽棉回潮率自动测量装置的基础上,根据其结构特点和控制要求设计了一种基于PLC和组态王的控制系统,并进行软件开发。该系统采用三菱FX2N-64MR系列CPU作为主控单元,通过组态王6.53监控界面对电机运行状态、运行时间等参数进行实时监控。实验结果表明:该系统有效提高了籽棉回潮率的采集效率,为实现籽棉回潮率的自动化和智能化测量奠定了基础。

Abstract:The measurement for moisture regain of unginned cotton is significant to the stabilization of cotton market and the development of cotton production .With regard to the existing problems of the measurement for moisture regain of un-ginned cotton in Xin Jiang such as long acquisition time , low acquisition efficiency , strong work load and so on and based on its structure characteristics and control requirement , the paper designs a controlling system on the basis of PLC and kingview and develops software at the foundation of current automatic measuring device for moisture regain of unginned cotton.This system adopts the CPU of Mitsubish FX 2N-64MR series as the main control unit and run a real-time monito-ring over the running status , running time and other factors of the motor through monitoring interface of kingview 6 .53 . The experiment result shows that this system effectively improve the acquisition efficiency of moisture regain of unginned cotton and sets a foundation for realizing the automation and intelligentization of moisture regain of unginned cotton .
