玉米秸秆还田机的设计与参数研究

摘    要:针对我国大部分地区现阶段仍存在的秸秆随意堆放、焚烧秸秆污染环境和秸秆后期处理利用率低等问题,通过分析国内外现有秸秆还田机的优缺点,利用计算机Solid Works软件优化设计适合东北地区玉米秸秆还田机,并利用ANSYS软件对其关键部件刀辊进行校核和模态分析。在理论分析基础上,对该机进行结构参数优化,确定其临界转速为8 616.6r/min。通过Mat Lab来模拟分析刀片在实际工作中的运动轨迹,进而为秸秆还田机的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:For most parts of China at the Present Stage random stacking straw ,straw burning pollution of the environment and low utilization problem of post-processing , by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the field straw chopper equipment , via the Solid Works software to optimize the design for the northeastern region of maize straw chopper . Through ANSYS software checked and modal analysis its key components knife axis .Based on theoretical analysis param-eters to optimize the structure , determine the critical rotation rate is 8616.6r/min.Through MATLAB software to analysis the trajectory of the blade in the actual work , and then provide a reference for the design and optimization of the straw re-turning machine .
