摘    要:针对小型甘蔗收获机分动箱工作过程中的因受力变形而导致振动过大和工作失效问题,根据分动箱的薄弱环节,提出了分动箱结构改进方案,并对结构改进优化前后的分动箱进行振动测试分析。试验结果表明:振动加速度强度峰峰值同比下降15.4%~32.2%,有效值下降6.5%~30.1%;改进后箱体有效避开了发动机的振动频率,分动箱性能得到了提高,并且得出了分动箱的主要振源,为分动箱的减振处理提供了依据。

Abstract:In the work of small sugarcane harvester transfer case , excessive vibration and failure of work caused by me-chanical deformation .to solve weak link of transfer case , the paper put forward the improvement scheme about transfer case structure ,and carry on vibration test analysis .Test results show:the peak value of vibration acceleration intensity de-creased from 15 .4%to 32 .2%, effective value decreased from 6 .5%to 30 .1%.The vibration frequency of the engine is effectively avoided by the improved box .transfer performance has been improved .And the result obtain the main source of the transfer case , provide the basis for the treatment of vibration transfer case .
