气吹供种的滚筒式排种器性能的试验研究

摘    要:针对如番茄、油菜、花卉等小颗粒作物种子外形不规整、流动性差、难于实现精量播种的难题,提出基于气流悬浮理论供种的设计方案,研制了一种气吹供种滚筒式排种器。针对研制的排种器,以番茄种子为试验对象,以种箱气室正压力及滚筒吸孔孔径、滚筒转速为试验因素,进行正交试验,并利用数据处理软件对试验结果进行极方差分析,确定影响排种性能指标的因素优水平、主次顺序及优化组合,合理配置适于取种性能指标的结构参数、工作参数。试验结果表明:气室正压力及滚筒吸孔孔径为影响排种性能指标的主要因素,在滚筒吸孔孔径1.4mm、气室正压力2k Pa、滚筒转速12r/min条件下,排种器的单粒指数可高达92.3%,漏播指数为2.5%,满足穴盘播种的精度与工作效率要求。

Abstract:In view of this kind of small grain crop seeds , such as tomato , rape, flowers, the shape is not regular , the problem of poor liquidity is difficult to realize precision sowing , This paper presents a design scheme of air suspension based on the theory for the species , developed a kind of gas blowing for cylinder seed metering device .To improve the metering performance of this device , the orthogonal test was conducted with experimental object of tomato seeds , test fac-tors of a box of gas chamber pressure , cylinder diameter of suction hole , the roller speed .Extreme variance analysis of the test results using data processing software is to determine the effect of seeding performance index factors of excellent level , order and optimization combined , this machine will take the rational allocation of suitable structure parameters and performance parameters .Variance analysis of the experiment results indicates that the gas chamber pressure and drum di -ameter of suction hole are main factors and the optimization of three factors are the drum diameter of suction hole of 1.4mm,the positive pressure of air chamber of 2kPa and the cylinder rotation rate of 12r/min.Under such working con-ditions, the single seed index is 92.3%, leakage sowing index is 2.5%, so it proves that this machine has higher so-wing precision and the demand of the work efficiency and better adaptability to small seeds .
