摘    要:为探索酿酒葡萄收获机输送装置工作性能,采用Central Composite Design试验设计与响应曲面优化方法对输送性能进行优化研究,以输送成功率为响应指标,建立了输送成功率数学回归模型。利用残差对回归模型进行可靠性诊断,验证了输送成功率回归模型的可靠度高;对试验结果进行了显著性分析,表明影响输送成功率的因素依次为挡板间隙、输送速度、酿酒葡萄质量(喂入量),且驱动拨爪链主动轮转速及酿酒葡萄质量交互作用显著。应用Optimization(最优化)功能,以输送成功率最大化为优化目标,得到了最优参数组合。

Abstract:In order to further research the working performance of wine grape harvester conveyer , two methods of CCD ( central composite design ) and RSM ( response surface methodology ) were employed to optimize the performance of con-veyer .Success rate of conveyer was the responsive variables , the mathematical regression model was established by using the CCD method and the influencing rules of factors were explored .Residual was used to diagnose reliability of regression model , high reliable regression model was verified .The significant of experiment results were analysised , the result showed that ,the influence factors of success rate were the damper gap ,conveying speed and wine grape mass ,and driving wheel speed and wine grape mass interaction was obvious .Used the Optimization function , success rate maximize was op-timization objective , optimal parameter combination was determined .
