| Abstract: | Construction in winter of the Huhhot's financial office that is from the twelfth floor to the top,the concrete was mixed with antifreeze and others,heat was produced by the stove from emitting,during the building was discussed the effective measures were taken to prevent concrete from damaging in the low temperature,and the cost was reduced. |
