黄精对小鼠免疫调节作用的影响研究

摘    要:为了研究黄精对小鼠的免疫调节作用,本试验将小鼠分为对照组、免疫抑制组和试验组,试验组饲喂添加黄精的饲料,另外两组饲喂普通饲料,观测小鼠外周血E-玫瑰花环率,血清抗体IgG、IgM的含量和脏器系数的变化。结果显示:试验组小鼠的玫瑰花环率高于免疫抑制组,差异显著;试验组小鼠的IgG和IgM含量与对照组相比差异不显著,但略微高于对照组;免疫抑制组的脾脏系数和胸腺系数显著低于对照组,试验组与对照组相比差异不显著。本试验说明黄精具有免疫调节作用,使免疫功能低下模型小鼠的免疫机能恢复到正常水平。

Abstract:In this paper,the immunomodulation effect of Polygonatum sibiricum on mice was studied, some mice were divide into control group,immunosuppression group and experimental group. The experimental group was fed with Polygonatum sibiricum feed,the other two were fed with normal feed,then observing the rate of E-rose garland at peripheral blood of the mice,the content of IgG,IgM and the variation of the organ coefficients. The results showed that the rate of E-rose garland of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the immunosuppression group. The levels of IgG and IgM were not signifi? cantly different from the control group,but slightly higher than the control group. The spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient of the immunosuppression group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the experimental group were not significantly different from the control group. This test indicated that Polygonatum sibircum play the role of immunomodulation, and restore the immunity of mice with low immune function to normal level.
