| 摘 要： | 为有效防治牛羊东毕血吸虫病,研制了含10%吡喹酮的吸虫净注射液,通过安全性试验,动物表现安全,无任何副作用.临床药效试验表明,牛羊按10～20mg/kg一次肌肉注射,灭雌率和驱虫率达99.5%～100%.通过63.5万只羊和14.9万头牛推广应用,牛羊东毕血吸虫病感染率明显降低,收到明显的经济效益和社会效益. |

| Abstract: | To prophylaxis and cure cattle and sheep's ornithobilharzosis, the trematode cleaning injection containing 10% praziquente was prepared. Through safe tests of this medicine, It is found that the injection is effective and safe without any side-effect. The clinical experiments proved that with only one-time intramuscular to cattle or sheep (about 10~20mg/kg), female parasites's dead rate and anthelmintic rate were 99.5%~100%. Furthermore, when this drug was used on 635 thousand sheep and 149 thousand cattle, the infection rate was lowed conspicuously and really benefited economy and society. |
