湖南省农业机械化技术推广可持续性探讨

湖南是中国的农业大省,文章尝试对湖南农业机械化技术推广的现状进行分析,以期建立起适合湖南基层农业的农业机械化技术推广模式。文章认为,实现湖南农业机械化技术推广的可持续性,应优化农业机械化技术推广的政策环境、加大扶持力度和经费投入、完善管理体制和运行机制、构建可持续发展的农机技术推广人才培养模式、开发新型农机化装备、调整农机产业区域布局、发展生态农业。

Agricultural mechanization technology in Hunan Province to promote the sustainability discussion

Hunan is a major agricultural province in China.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of Hunan Agricultural Mechanization in order to establish suitable for Hunan grass-roots agricultural technology promotion of agricultural mechanization model.The article believes that the sustainability of the Hunan Agricultural Mechanization should optimize the promotion of agricultural mechanization policy environment,and increasing support and funding,to improve the management system and operation mechanism to build a sustainable agricultural technologies to promote personnel training mode the development of new agricultural equipment,adjust the regional distribution of agricultural machinery industry,the development of ecological agriculture.
