松茸人工促繁技术研究

摘    要:在松茸生长的林地里,以不同的腐殖质厚度、郁闭度、菌种处理为因子,开展正交实验,比较松茸子实体的数量、产量、菌塘增殖情况。结果表明每50m^2的松茸林地每年留一个开伞菌、使松茸林地的郁闭度在0.6、腐殖质厚度在3-5cm最有利于松茸的生长发育。

Abstract:The fruiting bodies quantity, production and shiro multiplication of Tricholoma matsutake were compared by crossing experiment including different humus thickness, different canopy density and different fungi species inoculation in the forest of growing Tricholoma matsutake. The results revealed that it is beneficial to the development of T. matsutake on the condition to leave one mature fruiting body of T. matsutake every 50m^2 annually, keep the canopy density at 0.6 and the humus thickness at 5cm.
