黄顶菊提取物对珊瑚豆蚜和报茎苦荬菜蚜拒食和毒杀活性测定

摘    要:研究黄顶菊提取物对珊瑚豆蚜和报茎苦卖菜蚜的拒食和毒杀活性。结果表明:黄顶菊提取物对珊瑚豆蚜和报茎苦荬菜蚜均有明显拒食和毒杀效果。处理72h后拒食率和校正死亡率均达到80%以上,其中提取物对珊瑚豆蚜的触杀活性较强。

Antifeeding and Insecticidal Activity of Ethanol Etracts from Flaveria Bidentis against Myzus Persicae in Solanum Pseudocapsicum Linn.var.Diflorum (Vellozo) Bitter and MacrosiPhoniella Sanborni Gillletle in Ixeris Denticulate

Abstract:Antifeeding and insecticidal activity of ethanol extracts from Flaveria bidentis against Myzus persicae in Solanum pseudocapsicum Linn.var. diflorum (Vellozo)Bitter and MacrosiPhoniella sanbomi Gillletle in Ixeris denticulate were determined. The results indicated that antifeeding and insecticidal activity were very significant with antifeeding and acorrected mortality of ≥ 80 % 72 hours after the treatment. It had higher contact activity against Myzus persicae in Solarium pseudocapsicum Linn. var. diflorum (Vellozo)Bitter.
