美国的种子生产特点及管理体系

简述了美国的种子生产特点及管理体系。20世纪初,美国各州陆续实行种子认证制度,即只有通过认证的种子才可以生产并投放市场。美国种子认证,各州各负其责,必要时实行联合认证。美国种子生产采取育种家种子、基础种、登记种及认证种4代生产方案,联邦和州两级管理体系,并实行统一标签制度,1939年通过了第一部联邦《种子法》。

The Seed Production Characters and Management System in USA

The seed production characters and management system were presented in this paper.In early 20th century,seed authentication system,as only seeds authenticated by authentication department.could be produced and putted on the market,were put into practice in one after another state of America.And every state government takes charge of this authentication,and united authentication were implemented when necessary.Four seed production layers and two management layers were applied,they were breeding seeds,base seeds,register seeds,authentication seeds and United states and states accordingly.But the same label system were practiced.The Seeds Law of USA were processed in 1939.
