RAPD Technique and Its Application in Genetics and Breeding of Rape |

| Abstract: | Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) is one of molecular marker techniques. The principle, characteristics and basic reaction procedure of RAPD technique were described, the recent application of RAPD in genetics and breeding of rape was summarized, and the prospects of RAPD application in the future was discussed in the paper. |
