濮阳气象影视集约化发展探析

以濮阳市气象影视目前发展状况为例,对气象影视"集约化"后产生的效益进行了调研,分析了气象影视资源利用在"集约化"前后存在的弊端,并提出了发展措施,包括实现"市代县"制作电视天气预报节目、电视天气预报节目与电视台之间实施网络传输、进行影视制作设备的更新与增加、加强人才建设和人才培训,进一步拓展影视广告走市场化道路等。

Research on the Intensive Development of Puyang Meteorological Film and Television

With the current development status of meteorological film and television in Puyang City as an example, the benefit after intensive was investigated. The existing disadvantages of weather before and after the film and television resources use in the intensive were analyzed, and the development measures were put forward, including implementing city help county TV weather forecast program making, force between the TV weather forecast and television network transmission, film and television production equipment update and increase, strengthening the construc- tion of talent and talent training, so as to further expand the film and television advertising content such as marketization road.
