| 摘 要： | 利用RT-PCR技术,从玉米花丝中克隆得到了玉米蛋白质二硫键异构酶(PDI)基因cDNA编码序列(GenBank登录号为EF532321)。生物信息学技术分析表明:该序列开放阅读框为1 542个碱基,编码513个氨基酸,组成的蛋白质分子式C2577H3980N648O771S11,分子量为56.7 kDa,等电点pI为5.01。基因进化树分析表明玉米中的PDI基因与水稻中的PDI基因具有较近的亲缘关系。亚细胞定位预测分析表明,该基因编码的蛋白定位于细胞的内质网。 |

| Abstract: | The gene encoding protein disulfide isomerase(PDI) from silks of maize was cloned by RT-PCR(GenBank accession number EF532321).The bioinformatic analysis revealed that the opening reading-frame(ORF) of this gene is 1 542 bp and encoding 513 amino acid.The molecular formula of the protein is C2577H3980N648O771S11,the molecular weight is 56.7 kDa and the isoelectric point(PI) is 5.01.Phylogenic analysis showed that PDI of species in maize had a close relationship with those of rice.In addition,the prediction of protein localization sites indicated that the protein is located on the endoplasmic reticulum. |
