紫外分光光度法测定樱桃番茄中微量元素硒

摘    要:以邻苯二胺为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法检测樱桃番茄中硒的含量。结果表明,樱桃番茄中硒的平均含量为0.674μg/g.加样回收率为98.3%。

Abstract:With o-phenylenediamine as the chromogenic reagent, Se content in cherry tomato was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry method. The results showed that the average content of Se in cherry tomato was 0.674 μg/g and its average recovery was 98.3%.
