| 摘 要： | 研究了液体培养基、培养温度、培养时间、培养液初始pH值、培养方式与通气量6个单因子对稻瘟病菌粗毒素产生量的影响。结果表明,在pH为5,装液量250mL的通气条件下,在PDA培养液中28℃振荡培养7d,是黑龙江省稻瘟病菌的适宜产毒条件。

| Abstract: | The effects of liquid medium,temperature,culture time,pH,culture way and ventilation quantity on the producution of crude toxin of Pyricularia grisea were studied in the paper.The results showed that the optimal cultural conditions for producing phytotoxin were 28℃ for 7d in PDA medium with initial pH 5 by shaking culture in 250mL triangle flask. |
