| 摘 要： | 通过不同立地（栽培）环境和不同采收期共97个闭鞘姜样品，检测其皂甙含量及差异变化情况，结果发现其皂甙含量均达不到1．0％的商业利用指标。说明闭鞘姜作为皂素工业原料的愿望有待重新思考。

| Abstract: | Ninety seven samples of a multi-purpose plant Costus speciosus were collected at different locations and at various harvesting time,and their saponin contents were determined.Determination showed that the saponin contents in all the 97 samples failed to meet the index requirement for commercial use(1.0%).This indicates that C.speciosus that is expected to use as industrial material for production of diosgenin should be reconsidered. |
