岱16变异后代苗期抗棉花枯萎病特性研究

摘    要:利用棉花枯萎病(Fusariun oxysporun f.sp vasinfectum)人工病圃连续种植感病棉岱16,经多年选育成对枯萎病抗性提高的岱16变易系。对岱16及其变异后代进行了苗期抗病性鉴定、病菌毒素敏感性测定及维管束解剖学研究。结果表明,在病圃中选育的时间越长,抗病性提高越多。抗病性的提高伴随着导管堵塞能力及处理早期对病菌毒素敏感性增加等一系列的变化。这些变化均表现出与抗病性变化一致

Abstract:A series of resistant variants of cotton to Fusarium wilt had been selected in artificial disease nursery from susceptible DPL16 for consecutive growing.The studies on thewilt resistant charateristies of DPL 16 variants showed that a series of changes of the varants in the resistanc, to Fusarium wilt, the sensitivity to crude toxin and occlusion of vessels after seedling inoculated were developed.The longer they grew in the nursery.the more resistant they became and the more sensitive to crude toxin and the higher ability to produce occlusion of vessels after inoculated.The results indicated that the changes of DPL16 variants were gradully acquire when they grew in artificial disease nursery.
