| Abstract: | In recent years,with the rapid development of China's tertiary industry,the comparative advantages is showed gradually,and the rural surplus labors is being transferred into nonagricultural sectors.As a result of the tertiary industry development and the improvement of economic status in the family gradually,a large number of married rural women labors were out of agriculture and took part in the labor market.In this article the current status of rural women's behaviors in the labor market was summarized.Their behavior change in the market was analyzed and the academic reference to a large number of labor transferring later was provided. |
