| 摘 要： | 以哈尔滨师范大学图书馆读者满意度调查问卷为例,介绍调查问卷的设计与实施,并详细论述运用SPSS11.5统计软件对问卷的科学性进行统计检验的操作过程。通过对调查问卷反复进行信度和效度检验和问卷调整,得到高效度的调查问卷,为科学设计调查问卷提供参考。
