| 摘 要： | 目的：试验旨在通过对6月龄剑白香猪肥大细胞的观察，以期了解肥大细胞在剑白香猪不同组织器官的数量、分布及形态。方法：采集剑白香猪心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺、小肠等部位样品用多聚甲醛和carnoy’s液固定后，用甲苯胺蓝染色法检测各组织中肥大细胞数量、分布及形态，并用SPSS13．0软件进行统计分析。结果：试验表明，肥大细胞数量在不同性别问无明显差异；Carnoy’S固定液是测定猪各组织器官MC的较理想固定液；肥大细胞在各种组织中分布及形态复杂多样。本试验可为剑白香猪肥大细胞的进一步研究提供参考数据。

| Abstract: | Objective：This paper is detected and analyzed of the mast cells in different tissue of JianBai Xiang Pigs at 6 months age. Method：Collecting tissue samples of JianBai Xiang pig such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney , adrenal gland and small intestine with paraformaldehyde and earnoy＇s liquid fixation ,using toluidine blue staining method to detect the number of mast cells,distribution and morphology in the tissues . and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS13.0 software. Result： The results showed that Mast cell number no significant difference between in different gender; The Carnoy＇ s fluid was the best fixative in observation of MC of pigs ; The distribution of mast cells in various tissues are complicated . This study provide a reference for the mini - pigs that were used the biology, medical science research. |
