银合欢叶作为氮源栽培黑木耳的研究

摘    要:培养基中添加 2 0 %银合欢叶作氮源完全取代麸皮袋栽黑木耳 ,培养基碳氮比例从 5 3.0 3降至 32 .79,菌丝长满袋时间缩短 4d,生物学效率达 98% ,较对照提高 1 9.5 % .第 31天的检测结果 ,未接种的培养基中含羞草素稍微自然降解 ,接种并长满菌丝的培养基含羞草素含量降低 ,说明菌丝具有降解含羞草素的作用 .采菇结束时培养基含羞草素已被完全降解 .黑木耳子实体中未测得含羞草素

Abstract:Adding 20% Leucaena leucocephala leaf as nitrogen supplement to replace wheat bran in substrate for cultivating Auricularia auricula,the carbon nitrogen ratio(C/N)of substrate was reduced to 32 79 from 53 03(control) The time consuming mycelium completely colonized of medium in bag was shortened by 4 days The BE was 98%,increased 19 5% comparing to that of the control Mimosine in the substract was detected after 31 days,the results show that a little mimosine in no spawning substrate was degraded automatically and mycelium were able to degrade mimosine remarkably After fruiting mimosine in substrate was degraded completely No mimosine was detected in the fresh fruitbody of A auricula
