旱地春小麦新品种定西39号选育报告

旱地春小麦新品种定西39号是以外引材料南27/临3的F1为母本,以自育的“8152”为父本杂交选育而成。在2006-2007年西北春麦旱地组试验中,2 a 20点（次）折合平均产量2 454.00 kg/hm^2,较对照品种定西35号增产1.17%;其中在甘肃省的5个试点中,2 a 10点（次）折合平均产量2 338.50 kg/hm^2,较对照品种定西35号增产2.83%。该品种对条中32号、条中31号、条中30号、条中29号、条中27号、条中26号、水-14、水-1等混合优势小种表现免疫。籽粒含粗蛋白16.98%、湿面筋35.60%、沉降值25.2 mL,面团形成时间2.7 min,稳定时间1.4 min,最大抗延阻力68 E.U,拉伸面积13.8 cm^2。适宜在降水量200-400 mm,海拔1 600-2 300 m的旱川台地、山坡地种植。

Breeding Report of A New Dryland Spring Wheat Variety Dingxi 39

A new dryland spring wheat variety dingxi 39 was a new maize hybrids variety bred by crossing with a introducing material from outside Nan 27/Lin 3 of F1 as female parent and a self-sterile"8152"as male parent.The average yield of dingxi 39 was 2 454.00 kg/hm2 and 1.17% higher than the check dingxi 35 in dryland group test of Northwest spring wheat;the average yield of dingxi 39 were 2 338.50 kg/hm2 and 2.83% higher than the check dingxi 35 at 5 spots in Gansu province which was conducted during the period 2006-2007.The result showed that dingxi 39 was immune to the mixed advantage races, such as CY32,CY31,CY30,CY29,CY27,CY26,Shui 14,Shui 1 series races.The result also indicated that seed crude protein,wet gluten,the settlement value,dough formed time,stability time,the largest anti-resistance to extension,stretching area were 16.98%,35.60%,25.2 mL,2.7 min,1.4 min,68 E.U,13.8 cm2, respectively.It was suitable to plant in the region of dryland,platform and hillside land that the precipitation is between 200~400 mm in the high altitude of 1 600~2 300 m.
