| 摘 要： | 本文从自然科学的角度探讨了随机现象的本质。指出对于随机现象的本质的不同看法会导致对自然现象研究的不同策略。并提出,所谓随机现象实际上是还未能被人们充分认识和掌握的潜在的确定性现象。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the intrinsic property of random phenomena commonly interesting to natural philosophy. It is indicated that different viewpoints to the phenomena would lead to different strategy to the researches in natural science. It is proposed that the random phenomena, perse, appear to be nothing but determinable ones which have not been recognized and handled by man. |
