| Abstract: | On the basis of determining the eco economic intension of industrialization, this paper emphatically analysed the industrial causes of environmental problems. The author pointed out that environmental problems could be imputable to uncompleted industrial system, and promoting industrialization process was the effective way for environment protection. In the end several concerned propositions of policy had been provided. |
