光照及机械损伤对银杏叶苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的影响

摘    要:在室温和低温条件下 ,用黑暗、红光、白光和机械损伤条件诱导离体银杏叶苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)活性。结果表明 :室温下 ,PAL活性在黑暗条件下缓慢降低 ;红光、白光以及机械损伤均能使PAL活性升高 ,在红光、白光下 ,PAL活性呈周期性变化 ,其周期约为 2 4h ,其中白光的作用效果优于红光 ,但差异没达到显著水平。机械损伤使PAL活性快速上升 ,然后急剧下降一段时间再缓慢下降。低温下的光照实验结果与室温下的相同。

Abstract:The PAL activity induced by dark,the red light,white light and mechanical hurt in the room and low temperature had been studied in Ginkgo biloba leaves in this thesis The results showed as follows:On one hand,in the room temperature, PAL activities decreased slowly at dark, while increased at the red light, white light and mechanical hurt Under the light,PAL changed periodically about 24 hours The effect of the white light was better than that of the red light on PAL activity increase,but there was no significant difference between them And the PAL activity began to increase ,then decrease after 15 hours under mechanical hurt On the other hand, in low temperature,the influence of the light on PAL activity was the same to that in the room temperature
