| Abstract: | The feeding, observation and tests in 1988 and 1989 in Lixianresulted in the following findings:a. January 20 or 21 is optimum for the startof colony breeding. b. It'S necessary to decrease comb area and increase quiltinside and outside the hive so as to Promote the colony breeding.C.It'snecessary to increase the feeding with pollen and syrup.d.Twenty-four hoursbrood instar is optimum for the Production of royal jelly and the period of 68to 70 hours for the collection of royal jelly. |
