| Abstract: | This article stated the situation and function of farmland water conservancy in national economy development from four points.They were: farmland water conservancy was the guarantee of food safety in reclamation area and the whole country;it was the basis of agricultural production;its situation in national economy development and function in distribution of water resource. |
