摘    要:研究了不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理对高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’叶片酶活性和有机物含量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的GA3处理对高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的影响差异不显著;对过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响较为明显,最适浓度为100 mg/L。随GA3浓度的增加,高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’试材中可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加,当GA3浓度达到100 mg/L时,可溶性蛋白含量达到最大值。可溶性糖含量随GA3浓度的增加差异不显著。随GA3处理后时间的延长,淀粉含量与可溶性糖的变化趋势正好相反。
