摘    要:以油松成熟胚为外植体,对影响不定芽诱导分化的各因子做进一步试验。结果表明:油松成熟胚不定芽诱导的最佳组合为1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,诱导率为59.3%。对其进行趋势面分析,6-BA浓度为1.7 mg/L,NAA浓度为0.30~0.35 mg/L时不定芽诱导率可达65%。诱导阶段平均增殖率为8,愈伤组织增殖培养后平均增殖率最大可达13。

Abstract:The mature embryo of Pinus tabulaeformis was used as explants.This paper made a study of the facts of multiple adventitious shoot differentiation from callus cultures.The results showed that the combination of the medium was 1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,on which 59.3% of explants was induced.Applying the method of trend surface model,when 6-BA 1.7 mg/L and NAA 0.3~0.35.The highest induction rate of adventitious buds was 65%.Average rate of propagation was 8,after a generation of raise the highest averag...
