论鸡舍通风系统设计中的系统特性技术

摘    要:国内相当一部分鸡舍,特别是密闭鸡舍中,虽然通风系统风机的总流量已大大超过鸡舍热平衡所需的通风量,但仍然发现鸡舍实际通风量严重不足,至使鸡舍内气温升高。作者认为,其原因是设计者往往忽略了以下事实,即整个通风系统中各部分是相互影响、相互依赖的。如果单纯地认为通风系统即风机,那就必然发生上述情况。因此建议,把鸡舍各部分作为系统一部分来考虑,即既考虑各部分相对独立性,更要考虑各部分的相关性,使整个通风系统中各部分相互匹配,这就是系统特性技术。本文试图用系统特性技术这一理论解决目前设计中的问题,初步建立起一套设计方法,以使通风系统更合理,更科学。

Abstract:Although the total normal airflow provided by fans is more than the requi- rement for heat balance in the house,there is often not enough ventilation in quite a lot of chicken houses,in particular,the closed houses in China,resulting in increased in-house temperature.The point is that the designers often neglect the interactions between different parts of the ventilation system such as fans, air inlets,room space of the house,etc.If any one of these is changed,others must also be changed accordingly.All parts must be considered as a whole system instead of treating them seperately.This idea is just called the SYSTEM CHARA- CTERISTIC TECHNIQUE.In this paper,the author tries to describe prelimi- narily a designing method where the system characteristic technique is used to solve the problems encountered in designing,to optimize and set a solid scienti- fic basis for the designs of chicken houses.
