基于RS485总线的群体育秧棚环境智能监控系统的研究

摘    要:针对水稻群体育秧棚规模的不断扩大,为了减少人力投入、优化育秧环境、降低系统故障率和维修率,采用MCU技术、传感器技术与无线通信技术、485总线技术相结合,研究了群体育秧棚环境智能监控系统,实现了计算机自动控制和手动控制棚内环境,采用总线通信技术减少棚内布线,降低系统故障率。经过在庆丰农场的一个月运行期,系统无故障,操作简便,拆装方便。

Study of Groups Rice Nursery of the Environmental Intelligent Monitor System Based on RS485

Abstract:The groups of rice nursery house were increased constantly. In order to decrease manpower inputting,optimize rice cultivating environment,reduce failure rate and repair rate of control system,the groups rice nursery of the environmental intelligent monitor system was studied with MCU,sensor technology,wireless communicate technology and RS-485 bus technology,which could realize to monitor and control the rice cultivating environment. By means of the bus technology,the wire amounts and the failure rate was rapidly reduced. In Qingfeng farm,the system ran successfully in one month,which had the feature of easy operation,installation and uninstallation structure.
