参与式社区工作方法与沙漠化治理—以甘肃省民勤县为例

我国是世界上沙漠化最严重的国家之一 ,受害地区大都在西部 ,并且西部地区生态环境脆弱 ,一旦破坏不易恢复。沙漠化防治是可持续发展和西部大开发所面临的主要问题。本文提出一种沙漠化防治新理念 ,即将参与式社区工作方法与科技治沙相结合 ,将沙漠化防治与农村社区发展相结合 ,进一步提高沙漠化防治的效果 ,并以甘肃民勤县绿洲沙漠化防治与社区生态扶贫项目为例 ,探讨参与式社区工作方法在沙漠化防治中的应用。

The Methods of Participating-style Community Work and Desertification Control

As a very serious problem in China, deserts distribute widely, occupy a very large area, especially in west China. If the environment is destroyed, it's hard to restore because of the weak ecology. The desertification control is one of the most important problems to the sustainable development of west china. Combining the idea of participatory rural appraisal(PRA) with the technology is a new method in the desertification control. If take the development of community as important as the desertification control, it will improve the control effects. This article take the Desertification Control and Supporting the Community in Ecology in Minqin Gansu province as a example to explore the use of the new method in desertification control.
