摘    要:应用正交设计法研究了植物生长调节剂、硝酸银和活性炭等对七姊妹愈伤组织的诱导、不定芽诱导 和生根培养的影响。结果表明:最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS 2.4-D 0.8mg/L 6-BA 0.2 mg/L 蔗糖 30g/L 琼脂7.0 g/L;不定芽诱导最佳培养基为MS NAA 0.1mg/L CPPU0.8 mg/L AgNO34.0mg/L 蔗糖30g/L 琼脂7.0 g/L,分化率为95%,增殖率为5.5;最佳生根培养基为1/4MS NAA 0.3 mg/L IBA 0.3 mg/L 蔗糖20g/L 琼脂4.0 g/L,生根率为90%。

Abstract:Using orthogonalty design L9(34),we studied the effect of plant growth regulators ,AgNO3 and activated carbon etc on the induction of callus , adventition buds induction and the adventition bud rooting. The best medium for inducing callus is MS 2,4-D 0. 8mg/L 6-BA 0. 2 mg/L sucrose30 g/L agar 7. 0 g/L; For adventition Buds, the medium is MS NAA 0. 1mg/L CPPU 0. 8 mg/L AgNO34. 0 mg/L sucrose 30 g/L agar 7. 0 g/L, differentiation rate is 95%,the multiplication rate is 5. 5; As for the induction of rooting the only medium is 1/4MS NAA 0. 3 mg/L IBA 0. 3 mg/L sucrose 20 g/L agar 4. 0 g/L,the rooting rate is
