| Abstract: | A radial growth precipitation test is described for measuring antibody to Mycoplasma agalactiae subsp. bovis. The test is quantitative and appears to depend on the production of soluble antigen by growing organisms. When compared with indirect haemagglutination, complement fixation and inhibition of film production, for measuring antibody to M. agalactiae subsp. bovis in bovine sera, it was found to have a sensitivity comparable to that of the complement fixation test. |
