转Bt基因棉与棉田绿盲蝽趋性有关的生理特征分析

摘    要:以转Bt基因棉苏抗310及其轮回亲本泗棉3号为材料,研究转Bt基因棉绿盲蝽发生危害特点及棉相关生理代谢特征。结果表明:绿盲蝽在转Bt基因棉苏抗310上危害程度重于常规棉泗棉3号,且苏抗310缺氮处理轻于苏抗310适氮处理,顶芽和幼蕾的可溶性糖含量与绿盲蝽的危害程度趋势呈正相关,与缩合单宁含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性呈负相关,说明转Bt基因棉顶芽和幼蕾的可溶性糖含量提高,缩合单宁含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性降低,对绿盲蝽发生和发育有利,这可能是转Bt基因棉绿盲蝽危害程度加重的重要生理特征。

Abstract:The Bt transgenic cotton cultivar Sukang 310 and its recurrent parent Simian 3 were used as experimental materials to investigate the occurrence of Lygus lucorum and related physiological characteristics of cotton.The results showed that the occurrence of Lygus lucorum on Sukang 310 was more severe than that on its recurrent parent Simian 3,and nitrogen application benefited the occurrence.Some physiological characteristics of cotton were related to the population dynamics and occurence of Lygus lucorum on the Bt transgenic cottons.The occurence trend of Lygus lucorum positively correlated with the soluble sugar content in apical bud or young bud of cotton,and negatively correlated with the content of condensed tannin or phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PLA) activity.It indicated that high soluble sugar content,low condensed tannin content and low PLA activity in apical bud or young bud in Bt transgenic cotton possibly favored the occurence of Lygus lucorum.
