应用生物超弱发光筛选静电场的最佳处理剂量

摘    要:利用高压静电场处理甜菜、玉米种子,观测处理剂量对发芽种子超弱发光的影响,从而探索应用生物的超弱发光测试技术来研究和判断静电场的最佳处理剂量。结果表明:不同处理剂量的静电场均能提高发芽种子的超弱发光强度,且在一定处理剂量范围内超弱发光强度与在宏观实验中已被验证的增产效果呈现一定的正相关性,超弱发光最强组种子的处理剂量基本与增产效果最好组的处理剂量相一致。

Abstract:Dry seeds of beet and maize were treated with the high voltage static electric field. The influence of treated dose for superweak luminescence of germinating seeds were observed, and if super-weak luminescence could be as a means through which the best treating dose of static electric field is studied and determined. The results showed: the static electric field of different treating doses can all make the superweak luminescence germinating seeds stronger. Moreover, in the limits of treating dose the superweak luminescence of germinating seeds is associated with the yield which had been proved in macro experiments. the treating dose of germinating seed of the strongest superweak luminescence is basically the same as the treating dose of the best yield which has been proved in the macro experiments.
