| 摘 要： | 香港股市作为成熟市场的代表，无论从交易品种、交易制度、投资者机构和投资理念等方面都与内地股市存在很多不同，本文主要从四个方面入手，具体阐述两个市场的不同之处。希望能够站在国际化视野看内地股市，以便更好的求同存异，使我国内地股市少走弯路，尽早完善。

| Abstract: | As the representative of mature market,Hong Kong stock market has many differences with Inland stock market in transaction variety,transaction system,investor organization,investment idea and so on aspects.Mainly from four aspects,the article specifically elaborates the differences between two markets.Hope can look at Inland stock market from international vision field,so as to seek common ground while reserving differences and make our country Inland stock market early consummate. |
