摘    要:目的]为了明确猪苓的种质资源,为其大面积栽培提供理论依据。方法]采用组织培养法,分离秦巴山区3种猪苓营养菌丝。结果]结果表明,在温度25~28℃、pH值自然的条件下,用CPDA培养基和蛋白胨培养基培养,不同猪苓菌核均能分离出营养菌丝。结论]综合不同猪苓菌核分离营养菌丝的萌发时间和萌发率、菌丝密度和生长势等因素,发现CPDA培养基较适合作为分离培养基。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to confirm the germplasm resources so as to provide theoretical foundation for its cultivation in large area.Method] The vegetative hypha of 3 different varieties of Polyporus umbellate from Qinba mountainous areas were separated by tissue culture method.Result] Under the temperature of 25~28 ℃ and the natural pH condition,the vegetative hypha could be separated from different P.umbellate sclerotia by using CPDA medium and peptone medium.Conclusion] Integrating the factors such as germination time,germination rate,hyphae density and growth of the vegetative hyphae separated from different P.umbellate sclerotia,CPDA medium was more suitable to be as the separating medium.
