高产优质食用菌的生产方法

摘    要:食用菌是一类高蛋白的功能食品,具有多种医疗作用和生理功能,越来越来受到人们的关注和重视,其产业有广阔的发展前景。本文从育种、栽培管理、病虫害防治、施肥等方面综述了高产优质食用菌的生产方法,并对食用菌产业的发展提出了展望。

Abstract:Edible mushrooms is a kind of high protein Functional Food,they have many kinds of medical treatment effectiveness and physiological function.People more and more pay attention to the edible mushrooms,so its development potential is tremendous.This article review a few high-quailty produce approachs from some aspects,such as the breeding,cultivantion and administration,preventing plant diseases and insect pests.
