稻田施用固氮蓝藻、有机肥、化肥的肥效比较

摘    要:固氮蓝藻(Cyanobacteria)能将空气中的游离氮转化为氮素化合物,为作物生长提供所需氮素。为弄清固氮蓝藻在水稻生长过程中,土壤和作物体中氮素含量的变化特点,进行了水稻施用固氮蓝藻、有机肥及化肥的对比试验,结果表明:前期,各处理土壤氮含量差异不显著(P>0.05);后期,固氮蓝藻和有机肥处理含氮量则高于化肥和对照处理。因此,虽然施用固氮蓝藻的水稻前期氮素含量没有施用有机肥和化肥高,但其能使土壤、作物中保持持续稳定的含氮量,表现出较好的肥效。

Abstract:In order to compare the fertilizer efficiency characteristics of Cyanobacteria,Organic Manure and Fertilizer in paddy field,the authors tested the nitrogen contents of rice plants and soil by Kjeldahl after applying Cyanobacteria,organic manure and fertilizer to the soil,respectively.The result indicated that nitrogen content differences of the soils among these three fertilizers were not significant(P>0.05)in the prophase of rice growth,but in the anaphase,the differences were significant.The nitrogen content of soils of Cyanobacteria and organic manure treatments were higher than that of fertilizer treatment.Therefore,nitrogen-fixing blue-green algae can be applied to paddy field to keep supplying nitrogen for plants.
