食用豆种质资源抗旱性鉴定及其研究

摘    要:对中国各地的3237份食用豆类(绿豆Phaseolusradiatus,豇豆Vignaunguiculata,豌豆pisumsativum,菜豆ph.vulgaris和红小豆ph.calcaratus)种质资源进行了抗旱性鉴定。利用甘肃省敦煌市的自然干旱条件,以株高、单株荚数、于粒产量3个性状的抗旱指数作为综合评定抗旱性指标。鉴定出1级抗旱(高抗)资源160份,2级抗旱资源376份。初步研究表明:食用豆种内及种间抗旱性存在显著差异,种间抗旱性强弱顺序为:绿豆>豇豆>碗豆>菜豆>红小豆。抗旱性资源主要分布在长江以北地区,以山东、河北、内蒙古居多。

Studies and Evaluation on Drought-resistant of Food Beau Germplasm
Abstract:beau germplasms from different area of China were eveluated for their drought -resistanceat Dunhuang of Gansu province. The field test included drought and irrigation treatments. The evaluation results showed that the variety number of higher drought resistance (1)and drought resistant (2) were respectively 160 and 376. Furthermore, the analyses of the relts showed that:the order of drought-resistant from strong to weak for different food beaus were as follows:phaseolus radiate>Vigna unguicularis>Pisum sativum >Ph. Vulgaris>Ph. calcoratus. The distribution of drought-resistant germplasm concentrated in the north of yangtse River. Shandong, Inner mongolia and Hebei were richest.
