大豆成苗期根毛与抗旱性的关系研究

摘    要:选择不同抗旱类型大豆品种,试验室条件下对成苗期品种抗旱性与根毛活动特性间的关系进行研究。结果表明,同一土壤含水量条件下,抗旱性愈强的品种根毛愈长。土壤水分胁迫时,各品种根毛长度均增加,但是抗旱性强的类型增加幅度大,是弱抗类型的3~4倍。适宜的土壤含水量条件下,中抗类型单位根长根毛密度较大。胁迫时,各类型根毛密度均增加,强抗和弱抗类型增加幅度较大。根毛密度与抗旱性之间无明显的规律性。单位根长根毛总长度上与根毛长度有相似的表现和变化。品种间根毛长度和密度差异显著。根毛长度可作为成苗期抗旱性鉴定指标。

Study on the Relation Between Drought-resistance and Root Hair of Soybean in Seedling Stage
Abstract:The groups of soybean cultivars with different drought-resistant were used to study the relations between drought-resistance and root hair during seedling stage under laboratory condition. The results showed that the varieties with stronger drought-resistant had longer root hair under the same condition of soil moisture; urder the condition of water stress, the length of root hair of tile strong drought-resistant type increased by 3~4 times over the others, with the increase of root hair in all verieties; under the condition of fitter soil moisture, the density of root hair per unit of root length of the moderate type was bigger. On the water stress, the density of root hair of each type increased, the range of strong and weak type increased more. There was not evident law between the density of root hair and drought-resistance. The total length of root hair of per unit of root length changed samely with the root hair length. There was evident difference in the length and density of root hair among different varieties. The length of root hair was regarded as one indicator in evaluating the soybean drought - resistance during seedling stage.
