云油茶5个品种扦插育苗试验研究

摘    要:在云南省建水县李浩寨油茶苗圃基地对云油茶3号、4号、9号、13号及14号5个油茶良种采用ABT生根粉和吲哚乙酸进行扦插穗条处理,然后扦插,观测成活及生长情况。结果认为,云油茶3号及4号扦插苗最适合的生根剂为150mg/L吲哚乙酸,云油茶9号、13号扦插苗最适的生根剂为50mg/LABTl,云油荼14号扦插苗最适合的生根剂为50mg/LABT6,经过生根剂处理的扦插苗器官生长发育正常。

Abstract:In Yunnan Jianshui County Lihao Village Camellia nursery base, five samples of "Yun camellia 3, Yun camellia 4, Yun camellia 9, Yun camellia 13 and Yun camellia 14, received scion cutting treat- ment by using ABT and indole acetic acid, the status of survival rate and growth have been observed. The results showed that 150 mg/L indole acetic acid is the most suitable rooting agent for Yun camellia 3 and Yun camellia 4, 50 mg/L ABT1 is the most suitable rooting agent for Yun camellia 9 and Yun camellia 13 and 50 mg/L ABT6 is the most suitable rooting agent for Yun camellia 14. The organs of cutting seed- lings which received treatment had normal growth and development.
