丽江市野生动物肇事特点及解决途径

介绍丽江市2007～2011年间野生动物肇事案件造成的损失，肇事动物种类及其肇事频率等情况。分析野生动物肇事的原因主要有生存环境改善，种群数量增加，活动范围扩大；季节性食物短缺；人类生产、生活活动急剧增加，侵扰和威胁到野生动物生存环境等。分析野生动物肇事工作中存在着重视程度不高，工作力度不够，人员和工作经费不足，工作难度大，案件取证困难等问题。藉此提出了减少和避免野生动物肇事伤害的途径。

Wildlife Accident Characteristics and Solving Approach in Lijiang

Abstract： This paper introduced economic loss caused by wildlife accident cases in Lijiang from 2007 to 2011, accident animal species, and accident frequency and so on. The main reasons caused wildlife ac- cident including living environment changing, wildlife population increasing, activityy scope expanding; seasonal food shortages, human disturbance increaseing etc, were analyzed. The issues such as not pay attention to the work, insufficient funding and staff, hard to obtain evidence also were elaborated. There- by solving approach to reduce and avoid wildlife accident were made.
