| 摘 要： | 为了考察噬菌蛭弧菌BD57对小白鼠的安全性,根据《兽药试验技术规范汇编》的要求选用小白鼠进行了急性毒性试验。分别采用灌胃和腹腔注射法进行了急性毒性试验,试验结果表明,噬菌蛭弧菌BD57对小鼠没有毒性作用。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the safety of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus BD57 to mice,the acute toxicity test was made on mice according to the demands of Veterinary Drug Test Regulation Assemble. The intragastric infusion method and intraperitoneal injection method used in the acute toxicity test. The test results showed that Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus BD57 had no toxicity to mice. |
