| 摘 要： | 现代生物技术是在传统生物技术基础上发展起来的,以DNA重组技术的建立为标志,以现代生物学研究成果为基础,以基因或基因组为核心,现已辐射到各个生物科技领域。从现代生物技术在动物营养中的作用、应用及营养调控等几个方面进行了概述。

| Abstract: | Modern biotechnology is developed based on the traditional biotechnology. It takes the establishment of DNA recombination technique as a sign,is based on the research fruits of modern biology,and takes gene or genome as a key. Nowadays,it has extended to every biological technology fields. The role,application,nutritional regulation,etc. of biotechnology in animal nutrition were summarized in this paper. |
