| 摘 要： | 用铁、铜和锌的盐酸盐,按比例与右旋糖酐进行络合反应,所得产物经乙醇多次精制,并进行了理化性质、游离金属元素、含量和稳定性等的测定。结果表明,将产物制成注射液,经尾静脉注射,在8d内小鼠的增重差异极显著(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | The complexation reactions of hydrochlorate of Fe,Cu,Zn and dextran were made at certain proportion.The products were depurated for many times with ethanol and the physicochemical properties,dissociated metal elements,content of metals stability and other characters were determined.The results showed that the products was made into the injection and mice had extremely significant weight gain after they were injected with the injection by tail intravenous injection eight days(P<0.01). |
