| 摘 要： | 部分天然的植物与矿物类药材具有镇静催眠功效,这些药材大都具备药食两用特点,安全性好。经比较表明,植物类药材的安全性明显好于矿物类药材。

| Abstract: | Some natural plants and mineral medicinal materials have sedative and hypnotic effects, and most of these medicinal materials are edible and have good safety. The comparison shows that the plant medicines have better safety than the mineral herbs. |
